Typical 5‑10 business days after receipt. Bulk or complex residue work may add time.
Yes. We only perform safe, non-destructive cleaning and conservation. That means we will not work on:
Cards that show evidence of trimming, recoloring, pressing, or re-glossing
Items with structural damage beyond conservation scope (e.g., tears, missing pieces)
Memorabilia or non-card items outside of our specialty
This keeps our work authentic, grading-safe, and fully within industry standards.

Grading companies are independent. We cannot guarantee the grades they assign.
Shipping responsibility
Clients must insure shipping both ways. While in our care, your cards are covered under our handling insurance.
