Terms of service

These terms apply to every order. By sending cards to us, you agree to them.

Conservation only

We provide non-destructive cleaning and presentation. We do not trim, recolor, re-gloss, re-ink or alter the structure of your cards.

Grading companies are independent. We can't guarantee the grades they assign, and grading standards are set and changed by each company.

You pay after we've reviewed your cards and agreed on the services with you.

You're responsible for insured shipping to us and back. While your cards are in our care, they're covered by our handling insurance.

Every card is photographed at check-in and check-out for transparency and quality control.

We may decline cards showing evidence of trimming, recoloring or re-glossing, cards with structural damage beyond conservation, and non-card items.
