How a mail-in order works

  3. We clean and document

    Project review, non-destructive work, and photos at check-in and check-out.

  4. Return, grade or sell

    We ship your cards back, submit them for grading, or consign them for sale.

Questions collectors ask

Do you guarantee higher grades?
No. Our work improves natural eye appeal and presentation, but grading is subjective and done solely by independent third-party companies. Final outcomes are outside our control.
Is your work considered alteration?
Our work is non-destructive cleaning and conservation. We never trim, recolor, re-gloss or re-ink. Each grading company sets its own standards and they can change, so we recommend reviewing their current policies before you submit.
How long does it take?
Typically 5–10 business days after we receive your cards. Bulk orders and complex residue work can take longer.
Are my cards insured?
Cards are covered by our handling insurance while they're in our care. Please insure shipping both ways.
Is there anything you won't work on?
Yes. We don't accept:
  • Cards showing evidence of trimming, recoloring or re-glossing
  • Structural damage beyond conservation, like tears or missing pieces
  • Memorabilia and non-card items
